Which are the best non-Chinese smartphone brands in India
The ongoing tension between India and China, has now taken a toll on the consumer electronics market. People are boycotting Chinese products and services to support the country in this hour of crisis. So if we want to avoid getting a Chinese brand phone, we can consider other brands like Samsung which are among the handful of non-Chinese mobile brands that can offer significant competition.
iPhone by Apple - United States
Apple Inc. is the most popular American technology company and one of the top five best Big Tech companies in the world along with Amazon, Google, Microsoft and Facebook. The iPhone line of smartphones is one of the best-selling smartphones worldwide, with the iPhone SE 2 being the latest smartphone designed by Apple Inc. Apple is another brand with a strong focus on smartphones, as it accounts for most of its profits.
Pixel by Google - United States
Google is certainly doing its best to stay relevant. Google makes some of the best camera phones. The software king still faces huge challenges in the hardware market, especially smartphones. The stock Android experience and super early Android updates have proved to be some strong selling points for Google.
Nokia – Finland
Nokia is a Finnish company, which was recently taken over by HMD Global. The company is recently launching a lot of Android smartphones. The Finnish giant has launched some smart TVs as well as some older feature phones in the country. If we are looking for a new smartphone, we can look at Nokia 2.3, Nokia 7.2, Nokia 9 PureView and more. Now hardly anyone knows about Nokia. With several changes in its ownership and operations, HMD Global is finally trying to revive the brand by leveraging its huge brand recognition and recall value.

On the smartphone front, the company has flagships as well as budget devices. Some of the popular LG smartphones include LG V40+ ThinkQ, LG Q6+ etc.
Sony - Japan
Sony has never been such a big force in the smartphone industry. Unlike any other brand, Sony has never been one to aggressively challenge other brands. The latest smartphone, the Xperia Pro, is arguably the smartphone targeting the smallest demographic.
Panasonic – Japan
To make Panasonic a good brand, Panasonic has done a good job capitalizing on its strengths from the past to create sets with good 4K image quality. With such features, we can see that Panasonic is one of the best TV brands available in the market.
Blackberry – Canada
Blackberry Limited is a Canadian software company specializing in cyber security. Originally known as Research in Motion (RIM), it developed the BlackBerry brand of interactive pagers, smartphones and tablets.
HTC - Taiwan
